Visual experiments by Lady Divia are tries to transcend borders ofdifferent dimensions of reality, and both visible and invisible sidesof what can be seen. Multimedia and digital technology have become,for Divia, a tool to shape her internal sensitivity to perceive andfeel things within information society. In her visual works, LadyDivia embodies her vision of female futurology and a way for technicalimages and ways to communicate through images. Through them, she triesto express the inexpressible, she treats visuals as stimulators andenergy transmitters. Her works, especially those performed live, are playful collages ofimages created using computers, video and stills cameras, video mixerand projectors, through them one can experience the language of themachine, with its mathematical precision... Aside from solo work, Divia has created works with Mal, forming afemale VJ duet Psykotki, utilizing a city-female-machine credo, andwith Zambari. She also wrote her dissertation about visuals, finishinga five year long film / literature course. She has prepared uniquevisuals for more than 50 events.
