[Το κείμενο διατίθεται μόνο στα Αγγλικά] In the city where we live, Chascomús, Buenos Aires, Argentina there is a center of Scientific Research called INTECH, a place where biologists carry out their research.-
One of them is the cultivation of native fish.
Thanks to the work of the embryology the city of Chascomús, return to their native fish that were endangered.
Observing the fertilization of these fish from the microscope generated our artistic interests by working with those images of wonderful movements.
The starting point for developing the work “Betta Splendens” was the Textures live that we observed.
The audiovisual performance told the creation of the Betta splendens; birth, development and death.
Screen captures of “life” not generated by programming codes or software applications were digitally processed for the audiovisual narrative.
